    		Spruce Knob
    Spruce Knob is the highest point of land in West Virginia and is situated on the summit of Spruce Mountain. It sits at 4,863 ft (1482 m) above sea level and is the tallest peak in the Alleghenies mountain range. There are dozens of hiking and climbing trails in the immediate area.
